This is a concept for Communication Arts Illustration Manual that I have made as a personal project. The idea was to create a cover that vibrated with colour and line while reducing the design to a abstract, simple form.
These are portrait studies I have made to explore vectors as a form of expression. The process involves using an AR app to convert images into vector lines, which are then further layered and processed.
Neurolink Miami is a tabletop RPG campaign that I am currently working on. The Illustration above is a splash screen for the introduction screen, and the text below are hand made fonts that were created from drawn concepts. The Japanese 'Saiba' text and 'Sakura' fonts were created to be sharp dystopian fonts to showcase the personality of a faction in type. The Miami text was done with an ink marker, which was then converted to vector, making an original typeface for the splash screen.
